Our evidence ladder
We start with consensus statements, guidelines, systematic reviews and primary studies where they answer the question. We link to the source, paraphrase rather than reproduce it and mark uncertainty when methods, populations or devices differ.
Our practical filter
A useful protocol states its procedure, equipment, population, reference context and limits. Reference values are context, not universal targets. A tool is discussed for the decision it can support, not for the number of features on its product page.
Safety boundary
